Return Process

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization number.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all caps are tightened and products are protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
